Can you build both the course app and the admin panel?
Yes. I build the learner app and the admin surface together, so content publishing, access rules and support do not depend on a developer or an app-store release.
A course app is judged by completion, not by the number of features on the landing page. The work is in clear lesson structure, reliable video, progress that survives device changes and an admin flow that does not require a developer to publish a module.

People return to a course because the next step is obvious. That means a clean course structure, short lesson summaries, progress that is easy to resume and a player that remembers where the learner stopped. If those pieces are weak, more content does not fix completion.
I build the lesson model and progress rules before the screens. That makes it possible to support video, text, downloadable resources and quizzes without each format inventing its own completion logic.
Courses can be sold individually, as a subscription or as a cohort. Each model changes the entitlement rules, the refund path and what the app shows after purchase. I build the server-side checks so a user cannot unlock paid content by changing a local flag.
Live classes add scheduling, reminders, attendance and a call provider. I can integrate 100ms or a similar service, or work with the platform you already use. Offline downloads and DRM are separate decisions with real trade-offs, so we scope them explicitly.
A course product needs an admin surface for courses, lessons, media, coupons, enrollments and support. If every content change needs an app-store release, the product will stall. I build the admin flow alongside the learner app and document who can do what.
Analytics should answer practical questions: where learners stop, which lessons are replayed, which assessments fail and which cohorts need attention. That is more useful than a dashboard full of vanity totals.

Yes. I build the learner app and the admin surface together, so content publishing, access rules and support do not depend on a developer or an app-store release.
I can work with a managed video platform or your existing backend. The choice depends on volume, DRM, offline downloads and cost. I will not pretend a single provider is right for every course business.
Yes, with a clear storage and expiry policy. Offline video adds complexity around encryption, device limits and content updates, so it should be scoped as its own milestone.
Yes. Entitlements are enforced on the server, and the payment path follows the app-store rules for digital content. Coupons and cohort access can be added to the same model.
Yes. I can integrate 100ms or a similar provider for scheduled live sessions, reminders and attendance. The live class is treated as a separate flow from recorded lessons.
The cost depends on lesson formats, assessments, payments, live classes and admin needs. A focused recorded-course app is very different from a cohort platform with live sessions and certificates. The pricing guide explains the drivers.
